Joachim joined the Binary Minds team in 2009. His responsibility is to improve customer satisfaction and team communication. Achievements for this year included the implementation of better quality management and the coordination of work schedules for all developers.
Joachim studied law in Hannover, Germany and acquired extensive knowlegde of industrial and organizational psychology at the Open University of Hagen.
Joachim is married with two children, enjoys teaching Spanish classes and is very active in his community.
