Pawel Dulak has been working as a programmer for almost ten years - most of it in medical industry. He's been with Binary Minds since 2007and has proven himself as a competent project leader.

Recent projects include:

2011 - 2012: DiscountDeals is a group purchasing platform similar to Groupon.Pawel created an item-locking engine that kicks in when site traffic peaks. Purchases must be completed within 10 minutes and sales are limited to current inventory. 

2010 - 2012: Enhanced SchottNYC with international pricing based on the geographic location of a user. Added new features such as USPS integration for international shipments, keyword search engine, and order automation (e.g. auto-approval, auto-processing)

2011 - 2012: Completed new version of Structurae.de with new search features, improved database performance, and a localization interface for unlimited languages.

2011: Website and database optimization for Membershoppers.com. Created cached data storage for frequently used database queries.

2009 - 2012: Development of a CRM in ColdFusion 8 for Baystone Media. This application is used to manage all customer service and sales activities. Among key features are automatic lead distribution, sales commissions tracking and staff managment (salaries, performance, vacations). 

2008: Pawel implemented the entire web site for MCLE, a Boston-based provider of legal education. The website is fully integrated with MCLE's in-house AS400 application running iBrigde. Pawel developed the technology to convert MCLE's entire library of over 100,000 PDF documents into interactive DHTML content.
