Pawel Dulak has been working as a programmer for almost ten years - most of it in medical industry. He's been with Binary Minds since 2007 and has proven himself as a competent project leader.

Recent projects include the development of a CRM in ColdFusion 8 for Baystone Media. This application is used to manage all customer service and sales activities. Among key features are automatic lead distribution, sales commissions tracking and staff managment (salaries, performance, vacations). 

In 2008 Pawel implemented the entire web site for MCLE, a Boston-based provider of legal education. The website is fully integrated with MCLE's in-house AS400 application running iBrigde. Pawel was developed the technology to concert MCLE's entire library of over 100,000 PDF documents into interactive DHTML content.
