Extranet Home Page: NorthPoint Printing Services provides an extranet to its clients where customers can upload new artwork and place orders from available inventory. NorthPoint staff has access to this information and can track customer requests as well as report on inventory. A set of rules determines work-flow. For example, orders made by a client must be approved by the client's supervisor before they are sent to NorthPoint staff. Email notifications can be custom written by NP administrators and automatically populated by key values such as an order number, sales person, etc. using a mail-merge -like feature.
